2. Products & Orders

  • Product Description: We aim to provide accurate representations of our bamboo toothbrushes. Please note that as they are natural products, slight variations in color or texture may occur.

  • Order Acceptance: When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This does not mean we have accepted your order; a contract is formed only when we dispatch the products.

  • Pricing: All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Courier Partner: All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

  • Delivery Liability: While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, Meshaistic Ltd is not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail service disruptions or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

  • Risk: Once the package is handed over to Royal Mail, the risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • As per our Return and Refund Policy, returns are only accepted for unused, sealed items within 14 days of receipt.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used toothbrush sets.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Meshaistic Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the products purchased.

  • All content on this website, including the "Meshaistic" brand name, logo, images, and text, is the property of Meshaistic Ltd. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
