All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and UK Bank Holidays).

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email confirmation.

We exclusively use Royal Mail for all deliveries to ensure reliable service across the United Kingdom.

Shipping options and costs will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.

3. Delivery Times

Standard Delivery: Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to arrive after dispatch.

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. During peak seasons or public holidays, delivery times may be extended.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Any promotional free shipping offers apply only to standard delivery services within the UK.
