1. Returns

• Eligibility: We accept returns of products that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as you received them.

• Timeframe: You may initiate a return within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Hygiene Exception: Due to the personal nature of bamboo toothbrushes, we cannot accept returns for brushes that have been removed from their sealed packaging or used.

2. Refunds

• Processing: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
